I purchased tickets but the email address I entered was spelt incorrectly

If you entered an incorrectly spelled email address during checkout, the payment will still be taken, and the tickets will be available on Comus.

We can update the email address for you and get your tickets sent out. Please create a support ticket using the form below, using the correct email address, and supply the following information:

  • Billing address
  • What tickets did you purchase
  • What event was it for

For security, we cannot change email addresses without this information. We can only change email addresses to the email address used in correspondence.
