Adding terms and conditions to tickets is important to ensure your customers know what they can and can’t do with their tickets.
This is done at the event level.
On theĀ Events Page, select the event you want to add your terms and conditions to.
Halfway down the single event page, you will see a box titled “Legal”. This allows you to input any legal information you want included on your tickets.
All tickets associated with that event will now include your terms and conditions at the bottom of the ticket below any logos or images you choose to include.
