I need a refund

Refunds are subject to the agreement you entered into with the event organiser on purchase.

To check whether you are entitled to a refund, read through your event organiser’s terms and conditions on their website. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you will need to contact them directly to make your request.

In all cases, Comus is the software provider only, and not the event organiser. Will will not contact the event organiser on your behalf.

If you are issued a refund by the event organisers, your booking fee will not be refunded.
